Brief Biography

Changqing Luo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science Technology at University of Houston. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in 2018 and Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information System from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2011. He was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Commonwealth University and a Lecturer in School of Computer Science and Technology at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). He was a visitor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He is a member of IEEE and ACM.
